My BBG thoughts 👇🏼
I've rekindled an old flame with #bbg Honestly so many emotions doing this thing again 😂😬😑
Ultimately my gym does not have child care, and asking someone to watch your child everyday to workout sucks. Idk why. I hate asking people. So I've just been working out at home this week. I'm buying equipment to build my dream home gym so I can still do all my weight lifting guides but from home. So yay! 😆 but time 🙄
Anywhooo so BBG, I literally cannot believe how much I have learned about properly working your muscles and form since I've stopped doing BBG over a year ago 😳
I go back and forth to why I would recommend doing this guide to someone and why I wouldn't. Where my old BBG veterans at 😂🙌🏼 you may get where I'm coming from here lol
It's an amazing workout don't get me wrong I did it for 2.5 years. It's just hard and repetitive and while I'm doing it I'm thinking to myself "the burn out rate to this has to be high" as in people stop doing it shortly after starting. I remember stopping so many times. But I ultimately wanted and needed physical exercise to be a part of my life so bad, I always picked it back up.
So if you're one that's started it and quit, here's my two cents. Stop reading if you don't want them lol
•There are lots of great workout programs out there, it's ultimately going to take finding something you like. But if you're new to exercising, you may not like anything right away. And that's where mentally training your mind comes into play. Just like you train your muscles, you have to program your mind. It'll fail you and tell you you're tired and weak before your muscles actually physically give out
• BBG is hard, it's sucks. I'm not going to lie or sugar coat it. It's not my favorite guide anymore. I was an exercise virgin, BBG was my first, I've had better lol. But when done right and consistent, IT REALLY DOES WORK!
•Never be scared to reach out to me or another girl. I know a lot of girls on here that do lots of guides and types of work outs! Let's find something that works for you!
•BUT Remember why it is you want this to work out. Why you started. And what you want to get out of it 💕
