Rāuchu Rāuchu — a.k.a — Smoke Beer Nābemono
Start with a boil from 1/2 a portion of your fav. veggie broth with 20cl classic German rauchbier (or other heavy smoked lager). Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of teryaki sauce and 1/2 tbsp shouyu sauce to the boil. Crack 1 egg into the boil and let it boil heavily for 3 min. We want to use spinach and green soy beans, so — If baby spinach leaves are frozen, add 3 chunks in boil – if fresh, add just before serving. The same situation goes for the green soy beans. At halv of boil, add 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika powder (do NOT use barbecue seasoning such as hickory etc...). When the soup dish is ready, serve into a bowl and add ready cooked rice plus a couple of leafy Nori paper rolls. Pinch a bit of extra salt over the bowl for that extra electrolyte kick. Also, you don't want to make this dish spicy and avoid sriracha, chili or other "tounge warmers" since the tar/smoke makes spicy food get awful of tastes. And yeah, you drink the smokey bowl straight up — no tools needed. Pair with a glass of ice cold rauchbier (yeah, that means the rest of the bottle smartass).
