Alot of you think that im encouraging people to strive for a certain body type with this post and that's not the case. There are girls out there who just want to put a little more meat on their body and feel stronger. By saying "why would anyone want to gain weight" you're technically feeding into the stereotype that skinny is the only type of beautiful. Alot of girls have a burning desire to put on more weight for personal reasons and it's not your place to judge why. In my case I had lost weight due to depression and wanted to feel stronger. •
It's not just about eating more food. You have to actually count your calories, and make sure you're getting to a certain amount of calories every day.
