Lol so I just want everyone to know that I have what's called "hip dips" which is basically when your hips curve inward instead of outward. That's why I get so irritated when people comment on my pics "why you never post any pics of you faced front" well this is why πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ it's not like a major insecurity or anything I just prefer to post pics of me to the side but at this point I'm thinking I shouldn't gaf about something that I was born with and have no control over so πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ and for those asking if there are exercises for bigger hips, there are muscles located by the hip area that can be targeted and built but it takes a long time because they are stubborn muscles and as you can see I've been lifting for a while and from the front I'm still shaped weird πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜­πŸ’™ but it's all cool. Hip dips are totally fine. I'm done being self conscious about it so πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

I'm not gonna front like I'm one of those perfect fitness models who never skip meals or days in the gym. I'm human too. I get in my feelings alot. I get lazy sometimes. I lose motivation sometimes. And lately that's how I've been feeling. Its okay. Everything is a process. You just pick yaself up and keep going. This summer hasn't exactly gone the way i planned it out to be. Senior year is coming up and I'm scared. I'm almost 18. Im almost out into the real world. But ima keep my head up and stay positive because MOMMA AINT RAISE NO BITCH. Everyone starts somewhere. 4 months ago I looked nothing like this. Anyways. Hope everyone is having a better summer then me. πŸ’œ

I'm just gonna leave this here so people know what my natural hair looks like. If you don't know, I've been on a natural hair journey for the past 7 months πŸ’™ Here are some really good tips that really work for growing natural hair fast that I used.

❌ Co-wash and deep condition once a week. I like to co-wash my hair at night and then leave in the deep conditioner overnight to wash off in the morning. But in general it's good to keep your deep conditioner for an hour AT MIMINUM. Co-washing is washing your hair with conditioner. β€’

❌ LCO method: an acronym for "Leave in conditioner,Cream,Oil". Basically you apply leave in conditioner to your hair, then some type of moisturizing cream, then any oil of your choice (i use coconut oil) and that keeps your hair moisturized for like 2-3 days. Then repeat . THIS METHOD SAVED MY LIFE BECAUSE MY HAIR IS ALWAYS DRY. And keeping your hair moisturized is the key to long hair. β€’

❌ sometimes just to be extra I would massage coconut oil into my scalp before I go to bed. This also really helps.

❌ Inversion method: you do this once a month. And the period in which you do it lasts one week. So for one week straight, every night you flip your head upside down and massage oil into your scalp for 3mins. THIS WORKS Y'ALL 😭😭😭 TRY IT. Then after one week you do the same thing the following month, for one week.
