Lmao I loveeee when people complain about being "lazy" or about diet/exercise being "too much" yet complain on a daily basis about their figure and wanting to change it. Unless you got 100k up ya ass to get some implants, you have to work for the things you want the natural way.

Just a the slightest change in how you eat + working out every other day can make the difference. In my previous post about gaining weight I was explaining to you girls with fast merabolisms on how to gain and people commented shit like "lmfao who tf gonna do all this" "I'm too lazy for this shit" LMAO GOOD FOR YOU then stay the way you are and don't complain about the way you look if you aren't willing to make a change. And the girls who say shit like that are the ones that only wanna gain weight because it's a trend to be thick. My advice was for those girls who really want it. Some girls are unhealthily skinny and don't know how to put on weight. Others just wanna have more meat on their bones. And there's nothing wrong with that. β€’

Because I want all of you to understand that in my last post I'm am definetly NOT encouraging people to strive for the basic ass Instagram model , tiny waist and massive hips figure. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with being skinny because trust me there is nothing wrong with being skinny as long as you are healthy and in my case, I wasn't. Y'all fail to realize that I LOST WEIGHT. I was fine with my figure before I lost weight. Depression took 20lbs away from me. I wasn't eating. I wasn't doing anything. I wanted to feel stronger and more fit. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. So don't come at me with this "societal expectations" bullshit because I'm a HUGE advocate for loving yourself and if you are a new follower then you wouldn't know that.

Lmfao reading the comments under this post was honestly HILARIOUS. "Dick" "Buy a shitload of fast food every day" "surgery" You don't need surgery to achieve your body goals. And you CERTAINTLY don't need dick to achieve a fat ass. DON'T HAVE THESE HORNY LIL BOYS HAVE YOU THINKING THAT DICK IS THE KEY TO PUTTING ON WEIGHT. Now back to the subject of the matter.

Alot of you think that im encouraging people to strive for a certain body type with this post and that's not the case. There are girls out there who just want to put a little more meat on their body and feel stronger. By saying "why would anyone want to gain weight" you're technically feeding into the stereotype that skinny is the only type of beautiful. Alot of girls have a burning desire to put on more weight for personal reasons and it's not your place to judge why. In my case I had lost weight due to depression and wanted to feel stronger. β€’

It's not just about eating more food. You have to actually count your calories, and make sure you're getting to a certain amount of calories every day. I was eating 6 meals a day and for every meal I ate , I was making sure each meal I ate added up to 500 calories. I did this everyday and gained 25 lbs in one month, with the help of a supplement that increases your appetite called Apetamin, because since I had zero appetite I didn't know how I was gonna eat all those calories. So yes food is the key to gaining weight, so is working out, because sadly you can't choose where the weight will go, genetics determine that, which means you can't guarantee that you can gain weight and all the weight goes to your lower half.
