Today's man cave workout is to test endurance and of course why not if I can go harder increase the difficulty the only way to grow is to push your body beyond what you think it can do. You will be surprised what your capable of. Seated shoulder press and curl First set I did 10 so I decided to add 20lbs why not it was a gut check time. Now I have a goal to accomplish to do that for 10 reps
Seated close grip hammer curls I love how hard this exercise felt. I can feel the gains growing with this one. Going to be doing those more often. 2 sets of 10 for a start going to work on that 3rd set.
A home routine made to punish the upper body. The weighted pullups and dips are a time challenge (vest 40lbs) 3 sets 10 pullups 3 sets 15 dips Completed in 20 mins. Going for better time next time around.
Incline press and incline flys superset (50lbs dumbbells) 3 sets of 6 various forms Those are tough going for a complete set of 10 soon.
