Today we would like to introduce our amazing yoga and meditation teacher Lara Piras @lmjp_yoga 🧘🏻♀️🌱💕. She started teaching yoga to increase awareness of the many physical and emotional benefits of this practice. Currently, she has been bringing yoga classes to the local community and charities. One of her main purposes is to give the opportunity for people of all ages, backgrounds and levels to feel comfortable in her classes.
Also, her priority is always to calm, nourish and reenergise the mind and body, very understandable needs when living in London 😅. Besides from the charities, Lara hosts weekly pay-what-you-feel yoga classes every Wednesday in Hackney, the donations help her to fund her free charity yoga classes, currently with small groups affected by cancer and mental health conditions.
