A good day again, a walk with my boys; the dog version showcased tonight! 🐢

At the gym I was late so resorted to a quick 25min cross-trainer and thanks to a busy pool I had a good weight session with 50 x 50kg leg press!

Home to a Cornetto and Green Tea and hoping for a good sleep! Only 5 sleeps until holiday!

Quick and easy dinner.
@sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Cumberland Sausages cooked in oven.

Garlic, onion browned added chopped mushrooms, tin of tomatoes and vegetable stock and brought to the boil with chopped sausages thrown in. Simmer for 15mins whilst pasta cooked.

Really delicious and so easy to do.

A chilled out afternoon with my boy, a family dinner and then to the gym tonight for my fave short and sweet cross-trainer workout and then a really good workout on the floor with 20kg deadlifts, squats, lunges, planks, kickbacks a plethora of fabulousness to work my core, balance and bum!

Something a bit different to start today; 1 big ol' egg and 20g oats with a splash of milk, whisked and scrambled. It's so good! Just have to scramble longer than you'd thing for the oats to start toasting. Pleasant surprise at how good it is.

Fab start to the week. A decent dog walk before lunch and tonight at the gym a real effort on the cross-trainer with an oldie but hit peak HR a little which is lovely.
Finished off with a great abs, bum and core workout with the 6kgs and floor. Very satisfying.
