- We all love to have a defined six pack and for that it’s essential to have a low body fat percentage so with that being said cardiovascular work is always welcome to reduce our body fat levels. It only makes sense to combine cardio and abs. One of my biggest concerns about training is to always do efficient work! I don’t know about you but i don’t like to exercise for super long periods of time! That’s why you need to think outside the box and make sure you get the best of each second of your effort.
⚠️ Perform as a circuit 5 times rest at end of each round for 1min
1️⃣ Banded V crunches 15 reps
2️⃣ 1min mountain climbers to frog stance
3️⃣ 1min cross climbers

🙀🍑 Use any sturdy chair or bench, and note the subtle differences in each move will work different muscles.. * 15 Jackknife Swings on each leg: Keep left foot on the bench and left knee bent while right legs stays straight and hips move up and down. The leg with the foot on the chair is the one doing the work to propel your hips off the floor.
* 15 Hip Thrusts: Keep both feet on the chair and really squeeze your glutes at the top.
* 20 Ceiling Kicks: Hips move up and down while each leg extends foot toward the ceiling.. * 20 Marches: Keep your hips steady at the top while alternating right/left knee tucks to chest.. * 15 Pulses on each side: Right foot stays on the chair and hips stay up high while the left leg moved straight up and down. Do both sides. It should only take a few inches of movement to really feel it working your buns..
* 15 Diamond Lifts: Soles of your feet together, knees out, use your inner thigh muscles as well as glutes to lift your hips.
* 2-4 rounds.

GLUTE🍑 workout using resistance bands 🍑 🤗 ⛔️ I used a very light resistance band to get a fuller range of motion as this is what I prefer with that kind of workouts (I hate it when the resistance is too strong and I can only move my leg by a few cm 🙈)
🔁 Aim at doing 15 reps for each side and repeat 3 times
⚠️ The video is sped up
1️⃣ Split squat to kickback
2️⃣ Lying hamstring curls
3️⃣ Standing straight leg kickbacks
4️⃣ Straight leg lifts with hip abduction
5️⃣ Side plank with clamshell
6️⃣ In & out jump squats
