Started this session super sloooow.. My motivation was low & the lack of sleep/energy really hit me. One of those get out of your head days.. Trust me when I say, we all have them. Not feeling it, too much on your plate, etc, etc. Don’t let one day push you further back. Blast your most hype music, keep the intensity high, & get it done! 👏🏻 .
Today I finished delts with two arm supersets & an ab finisher! Must say it was straight 🔥🔥 .
1️⃣. Tricep Push Downs: 4 sets x 12-15 reps .
1️⃣. SUPERSET: DB Hammer Curls x 15 reps .
2️⃣. DB Skull Crushers: 4 sets x 12-15 reps .
2️⃣. SUPERSET: DB Curl with Isometric Hold x 10 reps each .
3️⃣. Hanging Knee Tucks: 4 sets x 15 reps .
3️⃣. SUPERSET: Flutter Kicks x 30 seconds .
