Be very cautious on the overhead lunges. It requires a lot of balance and core stability. 👍🏽

Sorry no music today😭 - this is a full arm workout. When watching this keep a look out for the different grips I use! Also take note that this is sped up!💪🏽 last exercise was a burnout and I died ☠️ I think I recorded pretty much everything. We did 4-5 sets and I did higher reps today so 10-12 then obviously on some I did a burnout! Enjoy 😽

💥1st vid: Building Boulders! Don't mind Joe's giant water jug, it somehow makes it into a lot of my videos! 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ This workout was all supersets. I was able to work up to 35s on dumbbell shoulder press! 💁🏻 Majority of this lift was in the 10-12 rep range. Mixed it up with the hack squat shoulder press, no idea how much that thing weighs but I definitely surprised myself, because I didn't think I would be able to even lift it. Just goes to show that you never know, until you try!

💥2nd vid: Adding bands to a few shoulder exercises is the best burn! I've posted this before but totally forgot about it. Bands are a great tool for exercises. Beginners can just take out the weight for more advanced you can add more weight. Personally I like to keep it light and focus on the burn 🔥💪
