500 Rep Shoulder & Bicep Workout 💪🏽
All you need is a barbell or 2 dumbbells! Your arms will be on FIRE & you’ll for sure be sore the next day! But if you want those sculpted arms this is the way to do it 💃🏼
1️⃣ curl to press
2️⃣ bicep curls
3️⃣ frontal raise overhand grip
4️⃣ frontal raise underhand grip
5️⃣ upright row
🔁 repeat each movement for 100 reps in as few sets as possible 😭☠️😩

Started this session super sloooow.. My motivation was low & the lack of sleep/energy really hit me. One of those get out of your head days.. Trust me when I say, we all have them. Not feeling it, too much on your plate, etc, etc. Don’t let one day push you further back. Blast your most hype music, keep the intensity high, & get it done! 👏🏻 .
Today I finished delts with two arm supersets & an ab finisher! Must say it was straight 🔥🔥 .
1️⃣. Tricep Push Downs: 4 sets x 12-15 reps .
1️⃣. SUPERSET: DB Hammer Curls x 15 reps .
2️⃣. DB Skull Crushers: 4 sets x 12-15 reps .
2️⃣. SUPERSET: DB Curl with Isometric Hold x 10 reps each .
3️⃣. Hanging Knee Tucks: 4 sets x 15 reps .
3️⃣. SUPERSET: Flutter Kicks x 30 seconds .

And here is a peek at what had me almost in tears last night 😅😂 - These are two tri-sets from last night...
Literally couldn’t function after going through these lol. At this point in prep, I’m keeping weight lower & hitting higher reps. Also, adding in more super sets/tri sets to keep my heart rate up & burn alll ze calories. My heart was literally beating out of my chest after these lol 😅🤕 TRY THESE OUT! 👇🏻
Tri-Set 1️⃣ (3 sets):
• Barbell squats: 15 reps
• Squat/Courtesy lunge complex: 18 reps (6 total for each movement - left, squat, right)
• Bulgarian split squat: 12 reps per leg. I had a pretty stretched out stance for this to really drill my glutes & hamstrings. Really focusing on driving through the heel.
Tri-Set 2️⃣ (3 sets):
• Hip thrusts (banded and weighted): 15 reps
• Banded hip thrusts: 20 reps
• Single leg banded hip thrusts: 12 reps each leg

3b.Straight leg DB RDL’s, Hammer through these nice and quick and keep tension on your hamstrings the whole time 4x12
4.DB sumo squat triple drop set 3 sets total. Start at a heavy weight and drop in increments of 5lbs (I did 55,50,45) - video is sped up!
5a.Single leg glute focused hyper extensions 3x8 each leg
SUPERSET
5b.Glute focuses hyper extensions 3x10-15, point your toes out a bit, slight bend in your knees, round your back to target your glutes at the top

BOULDER SHOULDERS! This was a couple weeks ago, I have quite a few workouts in the buffer since it’s been so busy right now for me! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I went to check out another location of my gym that is semi close to my new house. Sometimes going in to a new gym can be awkward because you don’t know where equipment is or don’t know anyone but just remember that everyone’s there for the same reason so don’t let that stop you from getting your workout in!
