Today is our 9 year anniversary but Michael is sunning himself in Malta with his work, whilst I'm home alone cleaning the flat #DomesticGoddess Level πŸ’― Fair? I think not! I always like to keep hand cream, lip balm, @sure deodorant, a bottle of water and a sports bra in my bag to keep me going whatever I'm doing each day. After Day One of my #12weekchallenge, I looked in the mirror this morning and thought I looked slimmer. Isn't it funny how just one day of eating well & treating my body kindly is enough to change my own perspective of myself? I most probably look no different to how I did yesterday morning, but the way I feel about myself is miles different. You don't have to hate your body just because you want to improve it. I feel like I'm at the point now where I know what works for me & what doesn't, so I'm setting myself a 12 week challenge that is tailored to me, my body, my goals and my schedule. I love starting my day with a cup of hot water and lemon to kickstart my digestion and help to wake me up. This pic is a #tbt to my stay at @lifehousespa where I was woken up with hot water & fresh lemon outside my door every morning. It's something I've continued to do ever since.
