!!BOOKMARK DIS!! ABZ πŸ’ͺ🏽 everyone is different! Some people never have to train them and they have a six pack all year round, while some people have to train them 3 days a week and be in a cutting phase for you to see them! I personally train them 2-3x/week cuz it’s the last place to lean out for me. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈBut for you? It really just depends! (Ps that last exercise will always be my least fave in the world lol) and also pps: you need to lose fat to see your abs!
