Hard to believe tomorrow is Friday 🎊 - It has been one of those weeks for me! Rather have it be that way than the other, to be honest.. feeling like Tuesday is Friday then realizing it’s actually T u e s day type shit 🙄. I’m happy tomorrow is Friday!! I worked out everyday this week (so far) and feel good about that. I’m looking forward to my workout tomorrow and Saturday, too. Saturday 10:30am @bauhausbrewlabs is Poses and Pints - come flow with @gojenyoga and I, we would love to have you! ❤️ Working out makes 100% difference in my mood. Through immediate endorphins, calming of nerves/anxiousness, a good night’s sleep; my body needs it and has told me that too many times to ignore. At some point you just have to trust that it will work, and see. See that it will! 🌈 If you’re on that tipping point of committing to a workout regimen- whether it’s a gym membership, yoga, kickboxing, biking, walking regularly- just do it! I believe in you!!
