She had my back, when all I used to do was front

I get asked a lot what I do for legs, but there's really no big secret... I hit all rep ranges, could 6 reps, could be 30, and I hit them from different angles, but the biggest thing is to learn how to actually work the muscle while exercising, not just moving the weight up and down... just because you can squat 500lbs doesn't mean you're going to build a nice pair of wheels.. a few sets of squats and a few sets of extensions aren't going to do any good either. Hit them hard with plenty of volume and let them recover
