Is it just me or does my bicep look like a love heart ❤️🤔

Happy Valentine’s Day bae love you from long time baby girl 🌹(we were in deep convo here guys, very deep) 😂

The passion I have for this fitness/bodybuilding whatever you wanna call it is crazy. Sometimes I find myself going through the motions and imitating the movements of biceps curls or dumbbell presses. Some people must be looking at me thinking what the f*** is this guy doing, they don’t understand though man!

Ya’ll know how much I been working on my calves for the past couple months, they are growing a little bit I think. What do you guys think? 😂

Today at the start of my workout I weren’t feeling it at all lol but once I got into it and that pre workout kicked in it was game over. Moral of the story, even when you’re not feeling 100% you gotta still get it done and you’ll feel so good after! -

I remember growing up I was so insecure about how skinny I was. It was so bad even in summer I never wanted to wear a polo top I always had a jumper on lol. I know a few of you can relate. If you’re someone who relates please don’t worry. All you need to do is be consistent with your diet and food intake every single day and I promise you’ll see results! -
