4 cups kale (chopped without stems)
4 cups baby spinach leaves
1 medium cucumber
1 small red apple
1 bunch parsley
4 celery stalks
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Throw everything into the juicer, little by little, alternating between the smaller and large vegetables and fruit.
Give it a good stir and then pour into cups and serve. HAVE A GREEN DAY!
