Got a small vegan meal prep done today for the fam👨👩👧 Kale salad messaged in olive oil, lemon, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper, topped with cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, one with tempeh and one with chickpea veggie burger , radish, avocado, pumpkin seeds and brown rice.
Tofu baked with olive oil, garlic powder, turmeric, everything but the bagel spice.
Tempeh baked with liquid aminos, maple syrup, lemon, avocado oil, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
Baked sweet potatoes
Baked broccoli and cauliflower mixed with avocado oil, salt and pepper.
Salad dressing- olive oil, lemon, cumin, salt, pepper, dried mint leaves blended.
Chai pudding mixed with almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and berries.
Mixed nuts in containers for snacking on
Homemade cashew milk-just 1 cup of cashews soaked for up to 8 hours then blended with 4 cups of water pour it through a milk bag and lasts in the fridge for up to 3 days!! Wishing you all a beautiful new week😍 let’s give this new week lots of energy and positive vibes 🙌🏻
