Goodmorning everyone ❀️ can't believe it's already Thursday!! The week flew by!! This morning smoothie bowl had spinach,celery, acai, blueberries and spirulina blended and topped with coca nibs, coconut flakes, figs and almond butter 😍 seriously so good!

Easy healthy grab and go granola bars!! Perfect for a quick healthy snack πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ³ 1 1/2 cups oats
1 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Chocolate chips
Toast the oats and nuts on 350 for 10-15 minutes. Melt the almond butter and maple syrup, Chop dates and mix all ingredients together pat down into a pan and refrigerate for 30min! Have an easy Monday ❀️

This week will be a super busy so I prepped all my vegetables by washing them and storing them in containers! Now I can just throw different combos together whenever I want a salad!! I love eating lots of fruits and vegetables so I always make sure to stock up! I removed all the lids off the containers so you can get some organization tips and because it looks so much prettier that way πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
