Dinner is served πŸ’πŸΌ surprisingly amazing!! It's a base of kale salad topped with brown rice, black beans and salsa! My awesome sister in law Riki Markowitz, who is quite the chef herself, showed me how to cook black beans over rice for the first time and I've been obsessed ever since! I just added to it, got a little creative and I'm sure you know how that can go two ways πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ», this was a winner!! For the beans I first sautΓ©ed onions in avocado oil then I added the beans, water, the fatty part of coconut milk, salt, turmeric, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, cumin and let it simmer. So good! I totally winged this one so I don't have measurements or the amount of time it cooks but this recipe is very forgiving.

This cleansing juice was the perfect start to my day!

Beets- immune boosting, vitamin C, fiber and essential minerals.
Ginger- anti inflammatory and digestive aid
Carrot- beta carotene, vitamin A, C, K and B8

Lemon- vitamin C
Celery- vitamins B1, B2, B6 and C

Black rice- high in antioxidants, helps liver detoxification, protects against diabetes, has lots of minerals, more protein than other rice.
Micro greens- boosts immunity, cancer prevention and thyroid support.
Squash- magnesium, calcium and iron.
Sweet potato- vitamin A, beta carotene, potassium and dietary fiber.
Sauerkraut- probiotics that are so healing for the gut!
Avocado- supports heart health, monounsaturated fatty acids, loaded with fiber and can lower cholesterol.
Dressing is a spicy lime cashew dressingπŸ˜‹

Golden milk over night oats, the perfect anti- inflammatory breakfast! It helps to treat many arthritic conditions like reducing joint inflammation and pain naturally. It also helps to soothe the digestive tract and ease indigestion, Improves blood circulation, reduces blood pressure, reduces cholesterol, improves brain function, natural antidepressant, reduces stress, boost your immune system and helps with weight loss.
1 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger

1/8 tsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp coconut oil

A drop of maple syrup
Heat everything in a pot and then once cooled off pour over raw oats and place it in the fridge over night πŸ€—

Avocado toast in on this beautiful Sunday 😍😍!!!!!!!

Perfect weekend treat! Raw vegan "Twix bars" !!! Bottom layer:
2 cups of oats
1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Blend oats and mix all ingredients together and bake on 350 for 12-15 minutes.

Caramel layer:

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Pour all ingredients in a sauce pan whisk together on medium low heat until all ingredients melt. Pour over crust and place in the freezer for 20 minutes

Chocolate layer-
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil

4 tablespoons maple syrup
Melt on medium low heat and pour the chocolate over the caramel and back into the freezer for another 20min

I get a lot of questions on what's tempeh,

Check out this fun treat! Since I make fresh OJ often and usually throw out all the left overs, it was really exciting to use it all for a change! After making juice I scooped out the orange and blended it together with coconut, mango, pineapple and some water then I scooped the smoothie/sorbet back into the orange peel and sprinkled some coconut flakes over it! Such a sweet tropical treat ❀️ I can't wait to share these with my kiddies πŸ˜ƒ
