How ya'll have a wonderful weekend with plenty of time w/family and friends 🙌❤️

Fatherhood has humbled and inspired me beyond anything I could have imagined.

It's frequently challenging and at times it can even feel heavy.

In moments of quiet clarity we can appreciate that it is the weight of parental responsibility that makes us strong.

It has made me a better man.

It has given my life deeper meaning and a clear purpose.

Fatherhood truly is one of life's sweetest blessings.

🔥The Top Of The Mountain Is Rarely Crowded🔥

Where is all the competition in the marketplace?

Where are most of the products along the pricing continuum?

The bottom or the middle right?

There are very few in any product category at the top.

What’s the benefit of being at the top of the mountain?

Why is it important to be in a market that isn’t crowded?

Why strategically does it make sense to find a spot in the marketplace where there’s a lot less noise?

It seems obvious doesn’t it? But a lot of people don’t operate their businesses this way.

The number one thing you have to solve in marketing is attention.

The first "sale" you have to make is the sale of "pay attention". Before people can buy your product they have to know your product exists. And in order to do that, we have to get their attention.

How do we get attention?

One of the ways we can get attention is to stand out.

How do we stand out?

By being in a category or subcategory of a market where there’s not many competitors.

We stand out simply because we’re not in a crowd.

Pricing your products at the high end of the market makes you stand out.

When you go to Amazon you can sort products by price low to high. But you can also sort by price high to low. Isn’t that interesting! If no one wanted to buy the highest prices I guarantee Amazon would not include this option.

Consider also that Amazon does not let you sort from the middle outwards. And yet most people set their prices on PURPOSE to be somewhere in the middle!! One of the easiest ways to stand out in a crowded market is simply to be on the top of the mountain.
