My expression pretty much sums up how I felt @vespertine.la last night. Like a child opening an awesome present. It was new, refined, inspired,delicious,creative, exceptionally curated and executed. So cool to see and experience. Thank you Vespartine team!

One of many delicious things at @pizzeriamozza today. The crust/dough on these pies were awesome. Light, chewy, charred. This one was celery, tuna, and onion. Growing up on tuna salad in the Midwest it was perfect. Thank you @nancysilverton and team!

Some pics of a new version of a course that involves the aroma of smoldering leaves. The smell takes me back to Michigan in 1982 every time I smell it. The fire is burning on the table a couple courses prior, the oak leaves are placed on top and begin to smoke.
