🔥🍑 30 MINUTE BOOTY & LEGS FAT BURNER 🍑🔥 with optional resistance band - this workout can be done absolutely anywhere 😈
ok first things first, you will die this is so hard my legs are crying my butt is crying and my fat is CRYING still from this workout and I did it a few days ago 💦 it's super simple but you will die and also you have no excuses because even the resistance band isn't necessary 🤗 so you can do this literally anywhere!
1️⃣ RB Squats
2️⃣ RB Pulse Squats (3 pulses then up)
3️⃣ RB Jump Squats
4️⃣ Jump Lunges
5️⃣ Pulsing Lunges
6️⃣ Squat ➡️ Curtsey Lunge Alternation
Do exercises 1️⃣ to 6️⃣ 45s on, 15s off, then rest for one minute. Repeat x4.
