Why do we exercise? So our bodies can get stronger and we can move better right ? I feel that there is too much emphasis on trying to lift "heavy" weight and not enough on how the body moves, controlling your own body. Strength should not be predicated by lifting alone but also if you can move your body the way you want to move it. Dancing is a great way to push the limits on what movement and strength really is. You become really in tune with your body and that is just something that can't be duplicated. Have a good day today guys!!! 💪 *mini rant over
