A little Sunday motivation for you, especially for the hungover ones, I see you. 😎 don't hit that snooze button!!

You can tell how hard @jaydeemundo works when you hear his ferocious yell! It was shoulder day for him so you have to do the overhead press. With this machine, you don't have to use your lower body like when you do this exercise with a barbell or dumbbells. Perfect for when the gym is packed and you can't grab a spot. πŸ˜… what version of the press do you prefer? Comment below! ⬇️

This is true on many levels. πŸ˜‚ AND on that note, just because it's Friday, it doesn't mean you should take it easy. You should actually push harder today to achieve whatever goal you set !! That happens when you don't hit that snooze button. πŸ˜‰

Post gym breakfast!! It may not look like the best omelette, but it sure was tasty !! I used egg whites instead of regular eggs because gainz right ? πŸ˜…
Throw some spinach inside and Just season with pepper, oregano, and original Mrs. Dash and you're good to go!
You can also top it with a little salsa if it feels a little too plain. 😁

I think people can relate with this one. I know when I get stressed or something bothers me, I just want to eat everything. OR I hit the gym and get a good sweat going!! Nothing feels better than having a good pump and sweat session when you're feeling down! So next time you're feeling a little stressed out, or anxiety is kicking in, get a quick workout in and watch your mood change drastically 😁
