waited all night for these rich, creamy caramel oats last night.. and it was so worth it!!
DO IT: 1/2C oats, coconut milk, 1Tbs golden flaxmeal, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp carob powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla, pinch of himalayan pink salt. mix it all up and store it in the fridge overnight πŸ˜΄πŸ’€ when the hunger strikes in the A.M. add banana, raspberries, sunflower seeds, coconut, white mulberries and drizzle with raw honey πŸ™ŒπŸΌ #cleaneats #realfood #caramel #overnightoats

pumpkin protein BLENDER pancakes went down this morning πŸ‘―πŸ˜ŽπŸ’―
BLEND: 1 organic egg, 3 tbsp LSA mix, 3 tbsp oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/2C steamed pumpkin, almond milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder, cinnamon, allspice and pink salt in a @vitamix to a fluffy consistency. cook over a medium heat with coco oil and top coconut yoghurt, banana, strawbs, walnuts and cacao nibs. go on and eat the whole stack πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€€ #realfood #pancakes #cleaneats

oh helllllo, WHITE BEAN TAHINI FUDGE SLICE πŸ€€πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’₯❀️
these are my favourite sweet treat at the moment. they're high in fibre, low in sugars and taste insane! do it:
1 1/2 C rolled oats
1/2 C cashew nuts
1/2 C desiccated coconut
1 ripe spotty banana
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp @sunpotion cordyceps
pinch of pink salt
MIX in a food processor.

white bean fudge:
1 x 400g tin cannellini beans
1/4 C @mayversfood tahini
2 Tbsp @loving_earth coconut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla bean
20 drops vanilla stevia, or to taste
pinch of pink salt
BLEND in a vitamix until smooth.
SPREAD over the base and freeze for an hour or so to firm up and YOU'RE ready to go.
PERFECT afternoon snack or anytime really 😎
