VEGAN CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH BARS You had me at Chocolate Peanut Butter🥜🍫🥜
I’m finally moved back into our home and finally got a new incredible @ninjakitchenuk 3 in 1 processor/blender that is seriously blowing my mind🤯 life feels back to normal!! And I can’t wait to sink my chompers into these bars to kick off the weekend... oops too late😋

Vegan 🌱 GF 🌱 Low Fat 🌱 protein 🌱 SF 🌱 Paleo nutty goodies that were so easy to whip up!! I swear!! Try for yourself👇

Peanut butter base:
1 cup @pb2foods (85% less fat calories) or regular Peanut or almond butter or choice (no water then)
1 large scoop vanilla @sunwarrioruk Protein powder
1/3 - 1/2 cup water
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
➰mix thoroughly until thick dough forms, should be tough to stir. Place into a small lined 6x8 or 8x8 dish and press evenly.

Chocolate layer:
1 bar 70% dark vegan chocolate of choice (sugar free or alt chocolate if desired)**
1 scoop @freesoulsistas Chocolate vegan protein powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
➰ melt chocolate over double pan on med heat. Stir constantly until melted. Add protein powder and maple syrup. Should be a bit thick. Pour over peanut base and top with peanut halves and @green.origins Organic cacao nibs.

** if you would rather make your own vegan chocolate topping use cacao powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil until thick and smooth.

Super simple NO BAKE Vegan Brownie base with only 5 ingredients:
@sunwarrioruk chocolate vegan protein powder • @sevenhillswholefoods cacao powder • @ecomiloficial almond milk • almond butter • and liquid sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, stevia...)
Process and press into 8x8 tart dish.
Topped with whipped vanilla coconut cream mixed with raspberries and lychees (lychees are almost clear so you can’t even see them but they give a fantastic sweetness to the squares). Finally drizzled with @carresuisse sugar free dark chocolate 🍫

Who’s ready for Spring?!??🌺🌼 This is one of my all time fav HEALTHY treats I just can’t get enough of!! I think this was gone in a day!!🤩🙌I’ve made this crust before and seriously can’t get over how good it is!! I changed it up and used coconut flour instead of almond flour, and an egg. It’s high in plant based protein, gluten free, nut free, sugar and dairy free!!!👏👏 You can make this completely vegan with a chia or flax egg. Simply add 1 tbs chias or ground flax and 3 tbs water and let sit for at least 20 minuted.
➰Crust Recipe right here for ya👇
1/3 c @sunwarriortribe vanilla vegan protein powder
1/3 coconut flour
1/4 cup @linwoodshealthfoods Ground flax mix
1 teas baking powder
3 tbs @natvianaturalsweetener
Sprinkle of cinnamon and salt
1 egg (or chia egg)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup @ecomiloficial almond milk
1 teas vanilla extract
Few dashes butter extract
Mix thoroughly until dough forms. Roll out to about 1/8" thickness between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Place sliced persimmons and figs all around the top of dough leaving about 1.5" around outer edge. Place ur fruit 🌹 in the center. Carefully fold outer dough edges over. Sprinkle with sweetener of choice and bake at 325F for 20-25 min➰

So I think it’s safe to say these may not last the rest of the day...🤩 I’ve been seriously craving salt n sweet lately and nothing satisfies those taste buds more that a childhood fave!!! Not to mention super easy recipe and all homemade. I decided the tart base should be chocolate peanut (clearly 💁‍♀️) Home-made peanut butter yogurt filling and topped with chia berry compote🙌 you gotta try it out!💙

Recipe right here for ya👇
➰Base:
1/2 c Peanut flour
1/2 c @freesoulsistas Vegan Chocolate protein powder
1 tbs agave nectar (or maple syrup)
2 tbs almond butter
1/4-1/3 c @ecomiloficial almond milk • mix thoroughly and press into tart dishes
➰PB Yogurt filling:
Plain or vanilla yogurt of choice (Greek, soy, regular)
2 tbs (or more for richer flavour) @bellplantation Peanut powder
• that’s literally it.... just mix and fill into tarts.
➰ Chia Berry Compote:
1 cup fresh berries puréed
1 tbs agave nectar or maple syrup
2-3 tbs chia seeds (or more for thickness)
• let sit for 30 minutes. Top onto tarts and fridge or freeze until ready to enjoy 😉

Recipe:
1/3 c raw cacao @sevenhillswholefoods
1 scoop @freesoulsistas chocolate vegan protein powder
3 tbs coconut flour
1 teas baking powder
2 tbs plain yogurt (Greek, soya, etc)
2 tbs nut butter of choice
2 tbs agave nectar (or maple syrup, stevia, honey)
1 tbs granulated coconut sugar (or other sweetener of choice)
3 tbs @ecomiloficial almond milk
1 teas vanilla paste
Dash almond extract
3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate (I use @carresuisse Sugar free dark chocolate)
~ mix all wet ingredients, add in all the dry ingredients and mix until dough forms. Add chocolate chunks. Sprinkle with sea salt and Bake on lined baking pan at 350F for 12 minutes. Makes 6-8 cookies perfect for your perfect mom!!!💕

I’ve been working a tonnnnnn in London these past few weeks and in a total snow storm to top it off😫💨🌨 So basically a walking snowman ⛄️(👈me). Just got back to Paris a few days ago and seriously craving something warm and fresh baked to thaw out!! Result....these scrumptious goodies 👆🎉 so delicious and hubby approved!!
Berry Chia Jam:
1 cup mixed fresh blueberries and raspberries
1tbs honey (or maple syrup, agave nectar)
2-3tbs chia seeds
Dash almond milk
~ blend together and set aside for 20 minutes at least

Oat bar: (flourless)
1/2 cup rolled oats (gf)
1 scoop @freesoulsistas Vanilla protein powder
2/3 cup almond meal or flour
1 1/2 teas baking powder
(Mix and set aside)
1 mashed ripe banana
2 tbs apple sauce
2 teas vanilla extract
2 tbs honey (maple syrup to keep vegan)
1 teas cinnamon
Splash almond milk @ecomiloficial

~ mix wet ingredients and add in dry. Mix until dough forms. Press 2/3 of the dough into base of a lined baking dish (8x8in). Cover dough with Chia berry jam. Then sprinkle clumps of the remaining dough on top leaving a few spaces of jam exposed. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and chia seeds. Bake 350-375F for 25-30 minutes. Let cool a bit, cut and drizzle with honey 🍯

Blend and freeze for 4+ hours.
