Just try to share k? What better way to rein in the chilly October weather than a warm cup of tea and some dunkin donuts 🍩🍩🍩 I could have these babies breakfast lunch and din🤷‍♀️ how bout you??

Recipe➰
1 cup GF flour
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder @freesoulsistas
1/2 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
2 overripe mashed bananas
1/3 cup water
2/3 cup coconut sugar (or sugar alternative)
2 teas vanilla
Dark chocolate chips (vegan)
White chocolate chips (vegan)

Method➰
Mash bananas and add all wet ingredients. Blend together all the dry. Mix batter until cake like consistency. Pour into mini donut molds sprayed with cooking oil or coconut oil. Bake 350F for 13-14 minutes. Let’s cool completely on cooling rack. Melt chocolate chips. Dip donuts into dark chocolate. Let cool. Then drizzle with white chocolate. Makes 14-16 mini donuts.

Soooo I’m loafing around dreaming of this BERRY BANANA LOAF
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again.. I’m clearly a sucker for chocolate dipped fruit🍓🍌 so bake it up in a scrumptious loaf and smother it in 🍫🍫🍫 is a clear win in my book🤩
Recipe as simple as cake... or loaf🍌
3 mashed ripe bananas
1 teas vanilla extract
2 tbs coconut oil (or apple sauce for low cal)
2 tbs agave or maple syrup
3 eggs (flax or chia eggs for vegan version)
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup peanut flour (extra protein)
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 teas baking powder
1 teas cinnamon
Fresh or frozen strawberries and blueberries
1/2 cup dark chocolate + 1-2 tbs coconut oil ➰ preheat oven to 175C. Mix all wet ingredients in blender or hand mixer. Mix all dry and add to wet. Add fruit. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil, drizzle across top. Enjoy 💋

Growing up I used to lovvvveee toast with peanut butter and sliced peaches... (not apple or banana I know.. weird) but it’s absolutely delicious if you haven’t ever tried it. Super sweet n juicy peaches with the slight salt of nut butter.... drooling again already😋 and the perfect fall color shades🍁🍂🍁
Anyone else so ready for Autumn? 🍂 and galettes straight out the oven?🙋‍♀️

➰Crust➰
1 c almond flour
1/2 c vanilla vegan protein powder @freesoulsistas
1/2 c GF wholemeal flour
1/4 c GF rolled oats
1 tbs sweetener (@natvianaturalsweetener Or coconut sugar)
1/2 teas baking powder
1 tbs melted coconut oil
1 tbs cold ghee or butter (chopped into small chunks)
1/4 c @almondbreeze Milk
~~~ mix together all ingredients. Knead with hands and roll out to about 1/8 in thick between 2 pieces of parchment paper.

🍑Nutty Peach Center🍑
Mix 2 tbs chunk almond butter with 2 tbs @pb2foods Reduced fat and calorie butter and spread over middle of dough. Leave 2 inches around edges free. Line peaches on top nut spread. Brush with agave nectar.
Fold dough edges over slightly on top of peaches.
Bake 350F for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool on cooling rack and eat immediately (if you haven’t already 😜)

➰5 Ingredient No-Churn Chocolate Protein Nice Cream➰
2 frozen bananas
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I used @anatomehealth vegan protein and superfood blend)
1 tbs Cacao powder
1-2 tbs @natvianaturalsweetener or sweetener of choice (agave, maple syrup, coconut sugar)
Coconut milk (thick part of can)
✏️ toss it all into a blender (I’m obsessed w my @ninjakitchenuk) blend until smooth. Toss in some white and dark chocolate chips and frozen berries!

Who wants a slice!?!

🌱Recipe🌱
3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup coconut flour
4 tbs granulated sweetener of choice
Pinch salt
1 teas vanilla paste
1 teas almond extract
2 tbs agave or maple syrup
2 tbs coconut oil melted
2-3 tbs apple sauce
1/2-3/4 cup dark sugar free chocolate chips
Extra chocolate for drizzle
~ mix flours and sweetener together in bowl. Mix in all wet ingredients thoroughly, add in chocolate chips. Stir it up.
Place into small lines tin. Freeze for 20 minutes at least. Cut into squares. Melt extra chocolate with a teas coconut oil for drizzle. .

➰Recipe➰
DRY:
1/2 c GF oats
1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c desiccated coconut
1/4 c vanilla protein powder @freesoulsistas
1 teas allspice
1/4 teas ground cloves
Pinch salt
1/2 c dried berries
WET:
1 teas vanilla extract
2 mashed ripe bananas 🍌
~~~ mix dry ingredients together. Fold in mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix in dried berries. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes! Boom 💥💥💥 that easy!!

➰Gooey Vegan Chocolate Walnut Brownie recipe:
W/ Maple Almond Butter
2 mashed Bananas
4 tbs almond milk
2 tbs melted coconut oil
2 tbs agave nectar
1 teas vanilla paste
1/3 chopped walnuts
3 tbs @freesoulsistas vegan chocolate protein powder
3 tbs cacao powder
1/2 cup chia flax flour (for baking found at health stores or order on Ocado)
1 teas baking powder
1 teas baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips (save extra 1 tbs for top)
~~~ in processor mix all wet ingredients until smooth add in dry ingredients, chopped walnuts and vegan chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly and fill a lined baking tin. Top with another banana cut in half, walnuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Then drop to 325F for another 15-20. Dollop some maple almond butter sauce and DIG IN!!🍌🍴🍫

3 over-ripe mashed bananas
3 eggs
Vanilla protein powder

Method➰
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Separate egg whites and yolk. Add yolk to bananas and mix. Add protein powder. In separate bowl beat egg whites until fluffy peaks form. Fold whites into pancake mix. Heat skillet to medium and start flippin!! Melt dark chocolate and mix up peanut butter. Stack... drizzle.... and enjoy!! 😉

Recipe:
2 cups almond flour
1 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 cup coconut sugar (or stevia, or granulated sweetener of choice)
4 tbs melted coconut oil
2 eggs (or flax eggs)
2 tbs @ecomiloficial almond milk
1 1/2 teas vanilla extract
1 cup @ghirardelli dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup marshmallows
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and mix. Add chocolate chips. Spray a baking dish/pie dish with cooking spray and add in the dough. Press evenly and top with marshmallows.
Bake 350F for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and eeeeeaaaattttttt!!!!🤗

This loaf I experimented with different flour combos and actually lovvvvve what turned out! And of course lemon and pear are some of my fav summer combos. Who wants the recipe??

Vegan 🌱 SF 🌱 GF 🌱 Low carb 🌱 High Fiber
➰Recipe➰
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup psyllium husk**
2 1/2 teas baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar/ Stevia/ or sweetener of choice
1 1/2 cup @almondbreeze Almond milk
1 1/2 teas vanilla extract
2 tbs lemon juice
1/3 c coconut oil
Zest of lemon
1 pear
Agave or honey 🍯

Method➰
Mid together all dry. Add in wet ingredients, add lemon zest, mix thoroughly. Pour into lines load tin. Slice pear in half and press into batter. Glaze top with honey or agave (vegan version). Option: sprinkle top with more lemon zest.
Bake 185-190C for 1 hr. Let cool completely. Mix coconut yogurt and honey for a yummy creamy topping. Note: this loaf will come out quite dense. For a fluffier bake, swap out for Gf, wholemeal or almond flour. ** psyllium husk is amazing for added fiber and better digestion , sprinkle or bake in anything.

This galette recipe I’ve changed up a little adding more ground chia and flax and only sweetening with agave👌 I could eat one right after another!
Vegan 🌱 GF 🌱 Low carb 🌱 refined sugar free 🌱 high protein
Recipe:
➰Base-
3 scoops Vanilla @freesoulsistas protein powder
2/3 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup ground flax/chia flour
1 teas baking powder
Sprinkle salt and cinnamon
2 eggs (flax or chia eggs optional)
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup @almondbreeze almond milk
1 teas vanilla extract
2-3 tbs agave nectar
Mix all try ingredients. Add in wet and mix thoroughly. Set aside.

➰Chocolate base-
1 cup cacao powder
1/2 melted coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
3 tbs maple syrup
Mix until thick chocolate forms.
Roll out galette dough 1/8 inch thick and cut into 5”x5” squares. Fill middle with chocolate and add cherries on top. Fold and pinch all edges of galette and bake 325F for 25 minutes. Remove and let cool. Drizzle top with more chocolate sauce (I thinned the chocolate with almond milk for this part) and enjoy!!!🍒👌 Now that I’m think about it I wish I had vanilla ice cream to top it all off... hmmm🤔

2 tbs walnuts, peptides, pecans, shaved almonds ~~ blitz until chunky flour forms
1 tbs desiccated coconut
1 scoop @freesoulsistas Chocolate vegan protein powder
2-3 tbs @sevenhillswholefoods Cacao powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbs almond milk
5 soaked medjool dates
1 tbs agave nectar
~~ blend until thick dough forms and press into small tartlet molds. Place in freezer.

➰Mint layer:
1-1/4 cup @fage_uk Greek yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1 packet @adunaworld Moringa powder
(4.5grams)
2 teas @matcha_maiden Matcha powder
2/3 cup freshly chopped mint leaves
1tbs @natvianaturalsweetener
~~ process about 5 minutes scrapping sides a few times until blended. Layer over crust. Place back in freezer.

➰Chocolate layer:
1 1/4 cup @fage_uk Greek yogurt
3 tbs @sevenhillswholefoods Cacao powder
2 tbs @freesoulsistas Chocolate vegan protein powder
1 tbs @natvianaturalsweetener
~~ process again. Layer over mint and top with cacao nibs and mint leaves. Freeze until set. Let defrost a little before diving in.🍀
