A little late night hotel workout from yesterday, I had to get a lift in while I still had the chance. Here's a complex that we like to call super shoulders; do every exercise back to back without resting, and goooooood luck because this was the bane of my existence for about 7 years😂. Exercises are: curls, upright row, shoulder press, bent over row, and pushup. The reason why I do upper body isn't for aesthetics, being able to throw the ball in farther, or so that I can hold off defenders. I work upper body so that it is stable and strong enough to hold the weight that my lower body is capable of lifting in order to get stronger.
