Just within 6 months, my legs have become firmer with more lean mass. Each brutal leg day, each ounce of protein, each day I choose to move forward in my goals is another day worth celebrating. I do not compete, but love to have a competitors physique. Summer body in the works.

When you train as hard as I do, it is essential to massage those muscles as often as possible to increase blood flow, release muscle tension and trigger points. When I dont foam roll, i have joint pain, muscle tightness that doesnt allow me to go full throttle in my workouts and constant trigger point pain. It is important for maximum mobility and function to massage your muscles after hard training, unless you have a personal masseuse then count your blessings. ๐Ÿ˜†
I have had crazy muscle tightness in my back and calves lately but with my foam rolling regimen, I'll be back to the grit and grind in no time. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

This was an ultimate push to failure workout that pushed me way past my comfort zone.

Sled push 2x
5 squats w/ 405lbs
10 squats w/ 315lbs
15 squats w/ 225lbs
20 squats w/ 135lbs
The transition from 225 to 135 was painful. I was fatigued, shaking, aching, and mentally ready to quit. Coach @jeromesgym88 wouldn't let me give up. I appreciate the push. You can go ad far as you let yourself go. Mind over matter. No more sissy workouts. Go get GAINS! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

My goal:
To encourage women who believe they can never reach their body goals. I had that mentality once upon a time. I never believed I could have a strong physique. It seemed almost impossible. But little by little, one workout, one meal plan, one mental breakthrough at a time, I was chipping away at that goal. It's NOT impossible. You just have to work for it. Keep going to the gym, stay on those impossible meal plans and love yourself each step of the way. It didn't take me 3 years to physically build my physique but it took that long plus some to break through the mental barriers along the way.
