Supersets are most difficult but so worth the results.
Squat thrust are great way to build traps and shoulders and give your legs a good burn as well.
Superset consists of:
10 squat thrust w/85lbs
10 back curls w/85lbs
10 sets of 10.
This was onlt one superset I completed during my wprlput session.
