Junior Connor Kearnan tallied a career-high nine points and junior Liam Ganzhorn matched his career high with 14 saves to lead Canisius to a 13-8 victory over Dartmouth in the #Griffs season-opener Saturday.

Despite Hinriksdottir's 26 pts, the Griffs fall to Siena 77-67. Siena shot 74 percent in 4Q.

Sophomore Felix Chamberland scored twice to lead Canisius to a 5-2 victory over rival Niagara in Atlantic Hockey Conference action Friday at Dwyer Arena.
Sophomore Dylan McLaughlin and freshmen Nick Hutchison and Casey Jerry also scored for the Griffs (18-10-7, 17-4-6 AHC), who completed both a series and season sweep of the Purple Eagles to extend the nation’s longest active unbeaten streak to 14 games. Diving Coach Ian O'Rourke was named MAAC Diving Coach of the Year following this year's Championship, guiding the #Griffs to two MAAC Championships and two second place performances!

Congratulations to junior Travis Wright who was named MAAC Male Outstanding Diver of the Year, winning both the 1M and 3M events at this year's championship and breaking two championship records!

The win also guaranteed Canisius a top-four finish in the Atlantic Hockey standings, securing them home ice for the quarterfinal round of the conference tournament.

Travis Wright won tonight's men's 3M diving event with a score of 357.75, securing the third individual championship of the night for Canisius! The junior also broke a MAAC Championship and Canisius record with his preliminary score of 398.45. Congrats to all on a great night!
