The only thing you have is now. Tomorrow isn't promised. Yesterday is only a memory.
Okay, honest? Living in the moment is one of the things we struggle with the most.
In theory, we would be present, stop thinking about tomorrow, five years from now. We'd stop mentally obsessing over our goals. Stop comparing ourselves to the people who've achieved the success we want to mirror. If we could be in the now always, we would because living outside of now only leads to a vicious spiral of disappointment. But it's not an easy shift.
Do you (mostly) live in the moment? If so, how do you stop yourself from worrying? Planning?
