It's very satisfying to get an image like this after spending a couple hours hunting for a sweet spot, setting up the camera and waiting for the sun to slowly hide behind the clouds, just enough to create a lovely sun star.
Though it's a shame that I had to spend 45+ minutes on photoshop to rid this beautiful scenary of rubbish people threw around.
We are the real pests of the earth.
P.s: Please go ahead and tell me what you think of this shot in the comments section. For those curious about the amount of rubbish removal, before / after is in the stories (for 24hrs at least).

Being in the desert is a weird experience. It's natural to lose the sense of distance and scale until you stumble upon a plant or rock or something alien to the environment.
In other news, is this shot, visually appealing, interesting or boring? Please let me know what you think in the comments.

No place more serene.
Happy mother's day to all moms around the world but mine comes first!

This is probably from 1987, shot on a Rolleiflex by my dad.

Not a throwback on a throwback day. Rather a shot taken while squatting over a puddle emitting a sharp piss stink, in an underpass that (almost) no one uses. Typical bressonesque photo hunt in Istanbul. Underpasses are often over-realistic representations of the world we reject to acknowledge.

"You what?" First ever shot with the new #Fujifilm #XT2 and 23mm f2 WR. Although it doesn't showcase this camera's capabilities, it's always a good idea to start with a cat photo. ✌️

I'd go black&white with this but the beautiful colors of Barcelona begged me to do otherwise.
It's all geometry.

I need to shoot more 35mm film. This is Kodak Porta 160 on #Canon #AE1.
#throwback to that amazing hiking trip at #cappadocia
I also need to post more portraits.

Not so invisible storyteller.

"A woman of the world is anxious to exhibit her form and shape, whether walking, standing, sitting, or sleeping. Even when represented as a picture, she desires to captivate with the charms of her beauty and, thus, to rob men of their steadfast heart." - Buddha

You can't get away from #saltbae apparently.
