Vision In the Light of Dark Unknown
-
Ignorance may be extraordinary bliss
In one's quest, at what point of seeking knowledge do we find a median of happiness?
-
Is there satisfaction? Can one be willing to release? Let go?
-
How far are you willing to go down the rabbit hole- in search for your why?
-
Is there a point of satiation?
-
Does this existence truly all somehow fall into place? -
Great depth and dark extensions within this world harmonize to exhibit great dynamic hues and tone that would have otherwise been ignored.
-
The pieces may have always been meant to inherently bind. To portray, teach, shine- to come together as one in lock at a point in time for a purpose, perfectly, to illustrate what words may not convey; nor were meant too. -
Perhaps to show the difference between one's reality and what actually is...the personal battle, the journey to reach-
-
Acceptance. -
And we press on...

...Now fading faster
It's suddenly hard to see
Taking the light
Letting the shadows inside
Swiftly
You're vanishing
Drifting away..."

Some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next. Delicious ambiguity.

The White Rose and The Fire

The White Rose
Breathes of love:
-
The Fire
Unleashes flame, exhales warmth
-

New beginnings:
-
Passion -

Quiet beauty reflecting remembrance, reverence:
-

So as the energy embraces, feeling of presence providing comfort -

So the pairing, seemingly in dynamic contrast, are intertwined, need and feed from one another.
-

My first Christmas without you. Surreal, and I miss you so much.
-

I know your new beginning is in peaceful beauty; you are held and breathing of love. -In dedication to my baby sis

- "I can attempt to stay on the fence. However, the problem is that the fence is a figment of my fear not a reality of my journey." -

"Rose Colored Glasses"
-
So much beauty, contained. So many angles, distortion and points of view- anyone could claim their perspective undoubtedly was the correct one. -
But none the less, it is now contained- no longer vulnerable to the opening arousal of breath from sun or harsh blows of wind and rain that tear or crush, yet allow for re-growth and new roots next blossom. -
Susceptibility bringing life.
-
Comfort brings ease.
-

The rose in glass.
-
So much beauty, contained. -

"... Fear limits you and your vision. It serves as blinders to what may be just a few steps down the road for you. The journey is valuable, but believing in your talents, your abilities, and your self-worth can empower you to walk down an even brighter path- Transforming fear into freedom..."

- " To me, the word wisdom means ancient knowledge.
It’s the kind of knowledge you not only see but feel when you look into the eyes of an elephant or stop for a moment to marvel at the deep wrinkles on its skin, both of which I believe contain the truths learned from each intentional step their feet and those of their ancestors have placed upon the earth." -Molly Friedenfeld

The flower is the poetry of reproduction. It is an example of the eternal seductiveness of life.

"How beautiful is the rain!
After the dust and the heat,
In the broad and fiery street..."

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, Rain in Summer

-Catching the sky...- I go back to those who say: what if the heavens fall? [ - Terence) "... cannot accept what it is. Everywhere on earth it cries out against kindness, compassion, intelligence, everything that leads to compromise. Love demands the impossible, the absolute, the sky on fire, ... inexhaustible springtime, life after death, and death itself transfigured into eternal life. "

Albert Camus

"And though rooted in earth, they seem to touch the sky.

... it is natural to feel we might learn wisdom from them, to haunt about

them with the idea that if we could only read their silent riddle rightly we should learn

some secret vital to our own lives; or even, more specifically, some secret vital to

our real, our lasting and spiritual existence."
