my father Gilbert Clark passed yesterday. he’s been fighting pneumonia since the holidays. he beat cancer twice, so we all thought he’d lick this also. He lived his whole life in Cleveland & was a Firefighter with Shaker Heights, OH. he loved to mow the lawn on saturdays, then catch the Indians game after. he always supported my career & never gave me the “fall back on something” speech. he also loved rock n roll & would drive many hours to attend our concerts (mostly unannounced). he was very friendly & outgoing. he would get to know everyone on the tour & sometimes help load out. we spent many hours arguing about the Kobe/Lakers -Lebron/Cavs Xmas games. we sat in the freezing cold watching the Browns in that old stadium. we even caught a CLE Barons hockey game, the same venue I would play many years later. on behalf of my brother @dead_dean & my sister @julietclarkr & the rest of my family, we will miss him greatly. oh well out !
