Great upper pull day today:
1. Lat pulldown - 4x10-12
2. Chest supported dumbbell row (10) x Chest supported reverse fly (10) - 4 sets
3. Single arm cable row - 4x15 each arm
4. Cable curls - 4x10-12
5. Straight bar drag curls - 4x10-12
I know I’m a little fast in some videos. It’s because I had to rush this workout in!! 😬 Oh and my single arm cable row video got cut short (I promise I did all 15 reps).
