4)cable flies(low position):3x8-12
5)tri push down: 3x10-15

Most important tip You can give someone for leg day: DONT FKIN SKIP LEG DAY. Trust me on that one 😒. Here’s a quick workout to develop both strength and some mass:
1) free bar squats :5x5
2) stiff leg DL: 3x 8-12
3) superset: leg extension and leg press 3x 8-12
4) leg curls: 4 x 8-12
5) calf raise: 6x 8-12 (3 sets toes inward, 3 sets toes outward)
Didn’t include the last two exercises in the video cause my partner had to leave, and plus, who would want to see my tiny calves in action 😭

Try this killer back-bi workout. if you can fit through the gym door on your way out, you probably did it wrong 😂
1) pull ups : 5 sets x 10 reps
2) single arm dumbbell rows : 3 sets x 8-12 reps
Superset:
3) rowing machine: 3 sets x 10 reps
4) wide grip lat pull down: 3 sets x 10 reps
5)machine bicep curls: 3 sets x 6 -8 reps
6) hammer curls: 3 sets x 8-12 reps
