Gezrith Henry Welsh photographer traveling the world. There's usually an interesting story behind the photos taken, please ask if curious. Photos all mine.
My friend @mmmmchele has gone on a New Zealand cruise out of Sydney harbour and has made me jealous so I thought I'd post a photo going through the Sydney harbour bridge back a few years ago.
French flags flying high in St Jean De Luz in France. I was here around he time of the Paris terror attacks and seeing the flags gave me sense of their national pride. It's a shame that a few rotten apples can stir the nation/ world.
Sometimes reflections are awesome. This was from a sail in to Skjolden in Norway. If you ever get the opportunity, go for a cruise to Norway. The sail ins to some of the ports through their fjords are extremely picturesque.
This is a very old photo I took while going for a spin in the snow in Wales. I loved the contrast of the black sheep with the white snow. This was taken on the way to Llandovery whilst in the car, drive by shooting skills lvl 99 haha
Akaroa in New Zealand. I cannot believe that I have not got this posted on here. It has been about two years ago since I took this photo, the great thing about the South Island in New Zealand is that it reminds me so much to home with its vegetation, rolling hills and fluffy clouds. In the distance is the ship I was on during that contract, The Dawn Princess.
Inside the Cathédrale primatiale Notre-Dame de l'Assomption de Rouen in Rouen, France. It's not often I take photos or go inside churches or cathedrals, but visiting this city I was with a friend that wanted to go and check it out. It was very beautiful both inside and out. It was rather dark inside so I was making the shutter speed whilst holding my camera combined with a high ISO however I am happy with the result of the shot.
As much as I enjoy watching photos of people on the street and the fact that my job does require some pushyness towards people stopping to have photos, I do find very uncomfortable doing it in my own time. I saw this guy in Chile when I went to Puerto Montt, although this was another town that I went to on a tour and felt compelled to take his photo as he seemed like such a character accompanied with his little boat.
I haven't posted a black and white in ages. This is one I took in Sete. As working on a cruise ship I remember sailing in via a tender and it was beautiful. I would most definitely recommend visiting his place as it's beautiful. I love how the car is parked next to the boat in this shot, it really gives it that French touch.
Decided to go through some old albums and came across this lovely photo of Portofino, such a beautiful colourful seaside town in Italy accessible by water and known to be a stopping place for the rich and famous.
Not too sure who the person is but when I saw him enjoying the breathtaking scenery of Skagway, Alaska. I knew I had to take the photo. I took quite a shots, this one I think best reflects his peaceful escape.
One of the coolest portraits I have taken this year. This was taken at Bora Bora.
Ariel shot from a helicopter looking down before reaching a glacier near Skagway in Alaska.
