Sliding leg curls, to make you realise how much of a bitch you really are. (Not me though cause my hammies strong as shit 💅🏽😂)
Grab two sliders (or 1.25 plates if you’re ratchet like me) stick them under your feet.
Curl your butt under you, so that you lower back is FLAT on the floor.
Now squeeze dat 🍑 up into a glute bridge position.
Maintaining that neutral pelvis, keeping glutes squeezed, start to extend your legs whilst keeping dat butt high, get as far as you can go before curling your legs back up to the starting position, continue until your hamstrings are in flames and you would happily suplex your nan if it would make the pain go away. Repeat for however many sets. -
