A lot of pain in my right shoulder still from last weeks squat session. I tried to warm up as much as possible. I ended up doing a bunch of sets of Spartan presses to the neck and recorded this strip down set. Seems very light and high reps is my only option if at all. I'm hoping it feels better not using anything other than the safety bar for squats too. Sigh.

Cable fly 40x10x10
Spartan presseses to neck
4 x amrap
Rev cable tri ext superset cable curl 1 rest pause set each
Narrow grip floor press bar with 60 lb chains x amrap
26 lb on curls x amrap

#flexfriday if I didn't have nipples you wouldn't know I had a chest. These are my accountability photos to embarrass my own self where I'm at and want to be. In better shape than some. Worse than others. My clients send me update photos so why not do the same. Upper body is always tough because of my shoulder. Alot suffers which was already on the imbalanced side as it is. More estrogen receptors up top vs down low. My training is a power building scheme that is interpreted on the fly based on energy and how my body feels. @gillianwardathlete continues to haunt me as the powerhouse that can do all. Dare to dream. I know my limits but I do think I can still go after some 242 open raw powerlifting records. 👍 #imneverdone #teamoldballs

I use intermittent fasting consistently to stay in shape and lean at age 44. I eat 3-4 mini meals on training days and 2-3 on my off days while some days fasting the entire day. My strength is great, energy levels awesome and my relationship with food is improved.⠀
