Ended today's workout with this ab circuit plus 15 minutes on the stair master! It's a love hate relationship you know... my abs and I. So I throw a few exercises into a circuit, bust it out and here we are

1⃣ 10 reps plank tuck in to around the world | towels or socks work just as well as the sliders I'm using

2⃣ 10 plank tuck ins lols my abs were already crying

3⃣ 10 toe touch crunch to knee crunch each side

4⃣ 10 leg lifts with tuck in on way up and down

Complete each movement, rest after the circuit and repeat for 3 sets!
