For those that have ever stepped on the scale and felt disappointed it didn't go down- this is for YOU!
This is not a post about which picture is better in fact, I know some people will like the left pic more and that's fine! But what I want to share is it seems most women want to lose fat and get toned but that doesn't always mean you will lose weight! In these photos, even though I weigh more in the right, my waist is about an inch smaller than in the left. Your body could be losing fat and building muscle that the scale is not reflecting. Besides that weight fluctuates everyday and always goes up and down before going down during weight loss. So if you get defeated about the scale not changing- don't! It can be a helpful tool at times, but does NOT tell the whole story. Stay consistent and know your changes are happenin' when you're putting forth effort. 👊🏼
