Update!! 🚨 Ok guys, it's time to be real... Ever since I got back from my honey moon (April), I've been in a slump and just not feeling GOOD 😓 But you know what? I came back from the US and a spark re-ignited in me - and now it's time to make some positive changes to become my FITTEST, HEALTHIEST self 🙋🏼♀️ It's officially time for Georgie 2.0. 😆
What am I doing? ➡️ Upping my water in take & drinking 3L water per day (I struggled with this while overseas!) 💧
➡️ Adding in more veggies 🌽 (aiming for 6 serves)
➡️ Adding in intuitive workouts (more to come on this!) ➡️ Adding in 2-3k steps (was on 10k)🚶🏼♀️ ➡️ Waking up an hour earlier (back to 5am)
Why am I excited about this?
This "health reset" is all about ADDING in new things, rather than becoming more restricting which NEVER works for me 🙅🏼♀️ Plus it’s not about a physic goal, it’s about feeling GOOD 🥅 It's time to feel amazing, but in a healthy, balanced way! What healthy habit could you guys ADD in to your day to feel good!?
