Training advice 🚨
Reverse curls are one of my favorite bicep workouts to do on arm day. They focus on hitting the brachialis and forearm giving you a fuller overall look. Be sure to perform them with your palms facing down. Fully extend at the bottom to fully activate the brachialis. Find a weight that you can control and get good reps with. Make make sure to change up your workouts and angles so you won't plateau and continue to see the results you are looking for.

It's not about how much you lift, but it's about how well you lift. Yes some days you just feel like throwing heavy weight on the bar, but controlled reps and light weight can be just as effective or give you better results. Be smart when you lift. Lifting is not all about how much weight you can put on the bar but on your health.

My fitness journey began at the age of 13. It was bicep curls, squats, and push-ups everyday in my room. The feeling of working out was different for me. It was more than just exercise but a place to take everything I was going through and let it all out. It was my therapy. From a torn tendon, multiple concussions, and back herniations. I was told that I wasn't going be able to workout, but I never believed that. All I knew was hard work. So I worked every single day from the age of 13 till now. Because I knew the only way to get to where I wanted be was through hard work. Hard work truly pays off and anything is possible. This is my journey and now my lifestyle.
