TRUE health is rather, a thousand tiny choices we make each and every day. ✨
Walking a little more.
Moving our bodies naturally.
Taking deep, cleansing breaths,
especially if we’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
Practicing self-care: foam rolling, stretching, yoga, meditation, baths.
Running barefoot through the grass.
Trading a cup or two of coffee for high-quality green tea (☝🏻☕️🍵).
Having more (enjoyable) sex.
Swapping out some alcohol for good, clean, pure water (I know, this one hurts a little)
Integrating a few more fruits and vegetables in each day.
Playing and being present with our kids.
Spending quality time with those we love.
Finding our purpose.
Living our lives with passion.
Listening to our bodies:
when they want rest, kindness, or to go a little wild. ✨
I’m not after a “beach body”, whatever that is. I’m after feeling, looking, and trying my personal best. Feeling mentally healthy and physically strong and living my life with INTENTION instead of apathy. ✨
