Sometimes I sit in my car for 10minutes scrolling through social media trying to find the will to walk in through the gym door...πŸ™„

So now when this happens... I try to pin point what it is that’s stopping me.. .

Is it the thought of getting home late? Then just make it snappy. 30-40mins, supersets. Boom! πŸ‘ŠπŸ»
.

Is it the idea of loading up a squat bar? 😰.. then I’ll switch to leg press which I much prefer?
.

The main thing is.. I ALWAYS feel good after!! And more often than not.. my sessions end up longer, and more enjoyable than I though they would πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
.

So if this happens to you.. just mix things up a little. Stick to exercises you enjoy. Put on your favourite playlist. Go for it..
.

Even if it doesn’t work out and you leave after 10 minutes.. then you’ve done great for even giving it a go! πŸ€—

. -Power boil baby boils (whole) ~ 10-15mins. .
-THEN slice, season (salt and pepper), 1 cal spray and stick in a preheated oven for 20mins. Beaut!.. Enjoy! πŸ˜‹
