when I'm not eating full roles of cookie dough or family packs of Tim tams, I have been known to eat some healthy snacks.
This is 4 heading tablespoons of Greek yogurt and s bunch of frozen berries.

Started today with 5 reps of strict hand stand pushups, every minute, on the minute, until you can't anymore.

Felt goooooooooood

150kg (330lb) for a quick single.
My favourite part is the Mario sounding celebration at the end.

Training for a role in the next 'Exorcist' movie.

Actually felt like my arms were pulling out of their sockets.
Sumo deads off of 2 mats (total height of approx. 10cm):
320kg (704lb) x 3
330kg (726lb) x 1

Had a blast down at @crossfitsouthwharf this morning, joining in on a class.

We did
Every 2 minutes
Split jerk: 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1
Worked up to a cruisy 130kg

3 rounds (14min time cap)
400m run
12 kettlebell snatches @24kg (6 each side)
12 burpees
Finished in 9:32
Then I ate breakfast, had a sauna and then a shower. All in all, a great start to the day!

Deadlift PB of 305kg (672lb), hook grip! :D
