I have been reading and watching about negative self talk from last year! So i have some thoughts which i read few months back to share with you which can be beneficial for you!
_
Negative self-talk is nothing more than brain wave activity. It doesn't predict the future and it won't make you lose fat. When you listen to it, it will only serve to mentally take you out of the gym, tighten your muscles and kill your self-confidence. When you hear that "inner coach" of yours starting to get down on you for that mistake, try to relax and refocus on the game. If the negativity persists, relax and refocus. Do NOT ever try to shut the negative thoughts up. Fighting the negative thinking in this way only gives it more energy, making it stronger.
_
Instead, notice the negative thoughts and quickly and calmly refocus on the current play. Keep in mind one thing about last minute self-doubts and negative thinking. It is still possible for you to have the performance of your life when you're flooded with last minute negativity as long as you stay calm and refocus.

We spend so much time telling ourselves that we’re not good enough, smart enough, talented enough!

We tell ourselves that we don’t deserve the things we want.

Or that the things we want to have or experience will never happen, and even if they do, they will be disappointing

Our negative self-talk affects us in a very powerful way.

I want you to take a deep breath and feel good about the life we have right now first!

We are so busy looking at everything that’s bad in the world, we can’t see the good.

But the truth is life isn’t all bad, just as it isn’t all good. It’s a combination of both. There is a positive side and a negative side to pretty much everything.

So it doesn’t end with this ( oh my life is great! ) or ( oh my life is pathetic) we have both faces, we have to create the balance and work towards more greater things what we want from our life!

Common question we ask ourselves on a daily basis! I have found out there are few reasons why we procrastinate about the things we need ( it includes that drastic transformation you have been dreaming of)
_
1) FEAR of failure😰- we don’t start because we think we gonna fail anyways or we will not achieve our desired results! So we don’t start!
_
2) EXCESSIVE perfectionism🤨- i go through this most of times, i feel to do things in a planned way and do it in the most perfect way ( in my mind) which delays the time and eventually i start procrastination!
_

If you are doing nothing mentioned above then it’s time to start with one thing first! As a personal trainer i have seen many people come to me with their dream physique in their mind! I make sure they understand each aspect of fitness and start with one first!Because it’s difficult to start with everything at once and expecting unrealistic results!
_
So if you are just starting out , please make sure to prioritise one thing first and be good at it and then move forward accordingly! For example i have recommended my client to focus on stretching & mobility more and keep other thing working in a slow pace!
_

In collaboration with @panasonicseekit! I tried this amazing Bluetooth tracker which can be attached to your car keys! I remember once I misplaced my keys in the gym! I Had put it in the corner of treadmill then I forgot and it took me half an hour to find it back as i was searching in the whole gym! Same happened when i did stretching exercises like this mentioned in the post!

Now i can rely on this tracker to help me find my keys back!
