Day 71: I've been away for awhile. (Here's a few pictures from fishing yesterday). About 11 of the passed days i've been helping my church at a few youth camps in the mountains. Other than that i've been busy, or partially injured. Looking forward to life, and getting back to working out. Never give up - Aug 4, 2017. #Sandbass #Batray #Thornbackray

Days 33-39 : πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ(Here's a pic from a crabπŸ¦€ we caught on our fishing trip about a week ago.) I haven't posted in a few days, I've been resting my knee, and shoulder. My shoulder is almost completely better, however, my knee is in no condition to do any weight training πŸ˜…. I must've stepped wrong at some point, and hurt it, but it should heal soon.. days.. maybe weeks.. Until then i'll be doing upper body workouts mostly πŸ‘πŸ‘ - July 3rd, 2017

Day 32: Bench press. Top set (165Lbs/74.83kg) X 8 Reps. 😁. A little sloppy, but still a good session! πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ I still feel some muscle weakness from the last bench session. Should be fully recovered in a few days if I take it easy.. If.. πŸ˜‚ - June 26th, 2017

Day 31: Rest day. 😴 Been binge watching a few beginning episodes of AHS. Intriguing, and a whole lot to take in, like too much to think about right off the-bat πŸ˜‚ - June, 25th 2017

Day 30: Progress pic time! πŸ˜„πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ The pics on the left=BEFORE, and the right=AFTER. I now weigh 155.6Lbs(I gained 1.6Lbs)πŸ›‘Note: I started, and ended these 30 days on a poor diet(I do have a fast metabolism tho). It's a little hard to see the growth, but I can tell my shoulders, abs, and quads are noticeably more defined(just a little bit tho πŸ˜„). For sure I am stronger. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ Also just to make things clear I am getting close to where I used to be strength wise, so i'm rebuilding muscle that I had before, which is why my strength has been increasing pretty quick. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ And I started out with lighter weight, and moved the weight up a considerable amount each week(which again, might have made it look like my strength went up quick) - June 24th, 2017

Day 29: Squats. Top set (205Lbs/92.97kg) X 5 Reps. I absolutely smashed this weight, I was going for 1 Rep πŸ˜…(I have done this weight months ago however) - June 24th, 2017

Day 28(Part 2): OHP. Top set (95Lbs/43.09kg) X 3 RepsπŸ‘Œ. Couldn't quite get a 4th rep πŸ˜…. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ My shoulders were more exhausted this time around cause of the heavier bench press πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜„. πŸ‹οΈon Day 30 i'll post more transformation progress pics - June 23rd, 2017

Day 28(Part 1): Bench. Top set (185Lbs/83.9kg) X 4 Reps!!πŸŽ‰ πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈTalked to my dog Moe after.. Okay.. So he's a cat πŸ±πŸ˜‚. Getting closer to hitting an actual PR!! I think (205Lbs/92.97kg) x 1 rep will be a PR, maybe I can get it in 2 weeks πŸ˜„ - June, 23rd 2017

Day 27(Part 2): Deadlifts. Top set (225Lbs/102kg) X 6 Reps. I'm gonna reach for (425Lbs/192.74kg) X 1 Rep by the end of this yearπŸ‘πŸ˜¬πŸ‘. Can I do it? πŸ˜„ - June 22nd, 2017

Day 27(Part 1): Squats. Top set (185Lbs/83.9kg) X 8 Reps. πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ Small improvement from last time. I'm gonna reach for (315Lbs/142.85kg) X 1 Rep by the end of this yearπŸ‘πŸ˜¬πŸ‘. Can I do it? πŸ˜„ - June 22nd, 2017

Day 25: πŸ’πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈLooky here, another rest day πŸ˜‚. Here's a pic of the Bat rayπŸ¦‡ my buddy @saltwater_insanity Caught/Released. Such an awesome looking 20Lb/9.07kg guy πŸŸπŸ˜„. Seriously though no workout again.. Which is okay. I need the rest anyway the fishing trip was worth itπŸ‘Œ - June 20th, 2017
