- The Natural Ingredients -
I learned how to turn these natural ingredients into something that we can clean and put on our skin.
The basic natural ingredients include rolled oats (not the regular oats that we can find in the market), cocoa butter, natural clay, raw cacao powder, dried rosella, dried lavender, rice bran oil, fresh aloe vera, fresh lime, pure essential oils (not fragrance), and pure sea salt.
What you can make from these ingredients are cleansers (I can't say it a soap cause there will be no bubble), toner, face mist, body mist, moisturizer, mask, most of the skincare that in your list.
Through this class I learned that Zwitsal, Johnson and Johnson, Ovale Mask, Hand Sanitizer, Anti Bacterial, anything you can buy in the market that written all natural on it can be dangerous to your skin, they causes imbalances to your skin, which leads to allergic, redness, rash, blisters, you name it. And the ugly fact is you use at least 12 of this products each day before you go out.
(FYI, the instructor only put those unnatural products to show us there way to much chemical in it.)
