So I’ve had a couple people ask about what I looked like before I became serious about working out and here is the best photo I can find!! I did delete a lot of photos cause eating is something I struggled with growing up! Growing up I was always an active person...I was always outside playing sports! Around 7th grade I got involved with basketball and ended up on 3 teams at once! There were days where practices would overlap... because my activity increased I actually lost some weight! I was never overweight but I was definitely always on the bigger side compared to girls and because of that I was insecure so because of that I liked how much weight I was losing and actually decreased my food intake to where I would just eat a bag of lettuce for lunch and it would have to last me for 5+ hours and then I would go home and dinner would be my first meal some times! Then I became a little too skinny and after about a year I was able to kind of switch up my eating and start increasing my intake! Because of that though I would start to workout 2-3 times a day to make up for it! Because I overworked my body it caused me to be injured for 2 years and it led to me looking like that second picture! Yes, I know it’s not that bad but I wasn’t happy! Once I graduated high school and recovered from my injuries I really threw myself into working out and was able to find a healthy balance! Right now I am very happy with how I look, but I still struggle at time with how I look cause I go back to that mentality of when I was younger! For anyone also struggling with these issues feel free to talk to me cause I want to help others that have these issues!
