Working with my form with 315 for some reason these squats felt heavy as shit today but I still got them in 315x5 :)

First squat session in the books coming back strong from my back/hip injury this injury is making me rethink all of my training . Not training stupid and learning all the basics again .strength is coming up slow but once this injury is healed I'm chasing that 405 squat shouts to the team @monarchpowerlifting_

A little different #transformationtuesday from bodybuilding to powerlifting to my lowest weight at 189 and right now sitting around 215-220 I'm happy with the weight that I gained powerlifting is my shit compared to bodybuilding not trying to talk crap about bodybuilding but everyone has their fitness thing !

5 lbs from my 1RM and I know I didn't go parallel but damn 330x2 squats with Ryan and @jermzcamacho was on point tonight
