Do you use the the #stabiltyball in your workouts or training. ✔ the stabilty ball is a great way to add more core engagement, balance and stabilty to your exercices, plus because you are constantly battling to atabilze you will actual recruit more of the muscles and stabilizer ✔ for those of us who spend a good amount of time sitting or have lower back pain, a study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning shows that stability ball training is beneficial and effective for both ✔try this stabilty ball core and abs finisher @angsiam and I did this morning after bag work and sprints. ✔ perform each exerise for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other for 2 rounds straight ✅ Stability Ball Stir the Pot Plank

(Let me know) ✅ This was my 20 min bodyweight shred workout this morning, which is perfect for intermediate to advanced men over 40 that want muscle and fat loss using no equipment and little space ✅ I have designed these Test-Boost workouts to be short with intensity so the body increases testosterone and growth hormone production while using the Afterburn effect to burn calories during and up to 36 hours after. (I'm still feeling the heat) ✅ As a man Over 40? If you are still doing traditional bodybuilding style workouts (ie. Bi's and Tri's) and long cardio based sessions on elliptical, treadmill etc you are virtually KILLING YOUR T-LEVELS ✅Research (1) proves that these long workouts like moderate cardio for 30 min increase your cortisol levels which blocks the production of testosterone, plus our bodies don't recover as well as they did when we were younger ✅ Short metabolic HIIT circuits 3x per week is all you need. But not any HIIT ciruit will do ✅The workouts have to be specifically designed for us guys 40, 50, 60 and beyond ✅ Bodyweight Shred Workout
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 sec rest one after the other. After you compete all 5 exercises, rest for 1 min and repeat for 3 rounds. ✔ squat to side lunge
