This week we worked on jerfferson curls for lumbar (low back) mobility. The goal is to slowly round forward until a perfect c curve is made by your spine. Try 3 to 5 reps for 3 sets nice and slow. #keepmoving #MPOW๐Ÿ‘Š #movementpracticeoftheweek #fuerzaPT #strengthfarmpdx @strengthfarmpdx

Working shoulder flexion by adding t-spine rotation/extension into the mix. The last few degrees of overhead movements with your shoulder require your upper spine to move as well. This is a great way to work on it. #keepmoving #movementpracticeoftheweek #fuerzaPT #MPOW๐Ÿ‘Š @strengthfarmpdx ๐Ÿ’ฅ
