Out of the new movement of modern wine bar/restaurants I’m going out on a limb to say that @bright_restaurant excels so far past the rest it’s almost unfair. The creativity and flavour combinations are from a restaurant at the top of its game. Like this chicken dish which is one of the best things I’ve eaten full stop. Simple and provenance led is the new movement but some fall too easily into lazy IMO and feel more like a step backwards in culinary direction for the sake of fashion and relevance but end up almost like expensive delis. This place is not that. It’s filled with passion and a sense of direction that should make the rest of the field feel pretty much ashamed.

@thatguythatsm0kes clearly hates his new toy. From the 20th temper city will also be taking whole cows, goats and lambs from our farm friends. Be prepared for a grill menu that will blow your little minds. #wholeanimalbarbecue

Can we make a sort of porchetta with whole goat 🐐 and Moroccan spices and smoke it in the wood oven first thing ? Turns out we can and it’s 🙌
