Anajah is one of the most creative people I know. She is a force to be reckoned with and pushes me to constantly become the best version of myself. Our family. #MYCALVINS #ad

Nylon magazine has been one of my favorite magazines since I was young. One of the few places where I could see black girls who looked like me unabashedly being themselves and loving it. I feel so lucky to be one of February cover stars alongside an all black-cast of amazing people who inspire me and have an impact on how I see others and how I honestly see myself. I hope there are young black kids who see this cover and feel just as inspired and represented as I was when I was turning the pages of nylon at 14.

thank you everyone who allowed me to share my work with them this weekend. Sometimes it’s hard for me to express myself, but i try to grasp every chance i can. Special thanks to @sageaflocka for always believing in me and my art.

A man who had hope for a better world that we have not yet reached, and was significantly more radical than we are taught. Happy MLK day, I hope we can all work towards a better tomorrow.
