Oh yeez I feel so bad... Last weekend I celebrated my own, my fathers, my nephews and my best friends birthday! I haven't done my squats.. Friday I still had a good breakfast and lunch, but my dinner and everything else for the rest of the weekend was BAD! I had croissants for breakfast, pie in the afternoon and barbecue for dinner... Not even to mention all of the white wine!! However, at the barbecue I only ate 2 chicken wings as meat, and all the rest was salad. I only had 1 piece of pie while I had at least 4 pieces offered. So... It was bad, but it could have be waaayyy worse!!! New week, new start, so I start w my #breakfast - #greekyoghurt w #oats, warm #apple and #cinnamon! Welcome back #healthy life!!!
