I'm kinda having the flu (I hate the dutch weather 😷😒) so I really needed some #vitamins today! So for #breakfast I made this cup of #greekyoghurt and overloaded it w #fruits; #strawberries, #blueberries, #redberries and (for the first time in my life) #pomegranate!

Hmmmmm I ❀️ #fruit!!!!! Especially in the morning!! This was my #breakfast yesterday (together w #greekyoghurt).. > #strawberries #cranberries #blueberries #redberries 😍

This #breakfast is one of my favorites when I'm in a hurry or don't have bought fresh fruit yet.. Just #speltbread w #herbs #cheesespread and slices of #cucumber together w a cup of #tea.

A yummy #snack! Great to serve on a party or birthday! Red #bellpepper, #carrot and #cucumber w #yoghurt #dill #dressing.

And last but not least; my #birthday #dinner was #sushi!!!! My hubby took me out 😍 Had an amazing 21th b'day!!!

My #dinner was a #delicious #homemade #healthy #pizza! Super easy and super #yummy!
Healthy Pizza #Recipe! πŸ• β€’ two mini or one big #multigrain #tortilla per person
β€’ add (homemade) #tomatosauce
β€’ add thin slices of #mozzarella β€’ add #pesto β€’ add baked pieces of #chicken (marinaded w #ketjap and #garlic) β€’ add #corn β€’ add #cheese β€’ put in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees β€’ enjoy!!! πŸ˜πŸ‘

My #lunch was two slices of #speltbread w #herbs #herbs #cheesespread and slices of #cucumber, a #kiwi, and #almondmilk.

Oh yeez I feel so bad... Last weekend I celebrated my own, my fathers, my nephews and my best friends birthday! I haven't done my squats.. Friday I still had a good breakfast and lunch, but my dinner and everything else for the rest of the weekend was BAD! I had croissants for breakfast, pie in the afternoon and barbecue for dinner... Not even to mention all of the white wine!! However, at the barbecue I only ate 2 chicken wings as meat, and all the rest was salad. I only had 1 piece of pie while I had at least 4 pieces offered. So... It was bad, but it could have be waaayyy worse!!! New week, new start, so I start w my #breakfast - #greekyoghurt w #oats, warm #apple and #cinnamon! Welcome back #healthy life!!!
